I rebooted my machine today. And now I can't get to my client's remote desktop on azure (RDPW), I can't sign on to Microsoft Store, and Teams is stuck at "Loading Microsoft Teams".

It appears whatever authentication microsoft uses, I can't get to.

I have tried the web version of rdpw using Edge and that works. I can sign on to microsoft store using edge. AND I can get to the online version of teams on edge. I don't believe Edge is using a VPN (at least not that I am aware of...) I have tried with and without firewall. I do not have a vpn. Other service work, like Webex, SVN, Slack. When I hit sign on on microsoft store, it doesn't give me a login prompt. For the Azure problem I see the client's machine in the remote desktop, But when I double click it it pops up a message "Couldn't connect We couldn't authenticate you . Try refreshing your resources and try again later or contact technical support for help." The error code is 0x-2147023838 Any ideas? I've been battling internet issues since December.. And this is just the latest but more "general" problem I'm hoping has a straight forward fix. I have tried several clear caches: clear dns cache, msreset, reset MS Store. All of these things work on other computers on network. Running on Windows 10, Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2, updated 4/4/23. Thanks, Mark

    Hi @Mark Field

Thanks for visiting our forum. Microsoft Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams application troubleshooting.

According to your description, the Teams web client can log in normally, then it seems to be an issue with the client on your remote desktop. Please try these steps to troubleshoot:

Check that your hardware device meets the requirements. Hardware requirements for Microsoft Teams.

Log out and clear your login credentials. Make sure you sign back in with a stable network connection.

    Clear the Teams client cache.

Check that the client is up to date.

If you're unlucky, try downloading the client again.
