Process to migrate legacy MFA and SSPR policy settings to the new Authentication methods policy for Azure AD?

Based on this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-au/azure/active-directory/authentication/how-to-authentication-methods-manage

I wonder if this migration process can cause an outage or login issue.

This is my current AdminAuthMethods settings from: https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/AuthenticationMethodsMenuBlade/~/AdminAuthMethods User's image

While this is the legacy setting: https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/UserManagement/MfaSettings.aspx User's image

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
