My Hotmail account is saying it is full, I have deleted all junk and deleted emails but I’m still getting the same reply, I not receiving any emails

Yeah what has Microsoft done? I've done the same ive deleted thousands of old emails and still telling I don't have any space. Over this, I've had this email for over a decade

Has anybody fixed this problem? I also have deleted thousands of emails, spam folders, and trash. I am not using 5GB in email attachments but yet it keeps telling me that it's full and the option to purchase more space.

I finally got online with Microsoft Help. THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME TO TROUBLESHOOT MY EMAIL. Ridiculous

Do you receive the reminder on Outlook Web mail or in Outlook desktop client?

If it occurs on Outlook Web mail, please refer to this article to reduce your storage:

Mailbox storage limits in Outlook on the web

If the issue occurs in Outlook desktop client, please first check if the mailbox size is large:

If your mailbox is full, please refer this article to user Mailbox Cleanup to trim the size of your mailbox:

Manage my mailbox size
