Luna HSM and Defender exclusions

Hello Team, We are installing Thales HSM on cloud and would like to understand if there is any defender exclusion that are recommended by Microsoft.

    I understand that you're installing the Thales HSM and would like to understand if there are any Microsoft Defender exclusions or recommendations that you need to be aware of. I'm not currently aware of any recommendations or exclusions within Microsoft Defender for Cloud specifically related to HSM's. However, since your Dedicated HSM will require a networking infrastructure (VNET, VPN Gateway, Etc.), you might see Virtual Network related recommendations within your Microsoft Defender for Cloud environment.

    I'd also recommend reaching out to the Thales Customer Support Portal, since you'll be able to find more documentation and reach out to our Thales experts who can provide you with the best practices and recommendations for installing and configuring Thales HSM on Azure.
