For some reason (possibly after some configuration changes) users lost ability to connect/see LinkedIn tab in outlook web 365. I've tried several methods to bring it back, including https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/enterprise-users/linkedin-integration?WT.mc_id=M365-MVP-9501 more precisely: 1.in Azure Active Directory > Users -> select User settings -> Under LinkedIn account connections enabling all (also tried to enable/disable). Changing this has no effect (No LinkedIn tab). Waiting several hours also. Removing consent from LinkedIn site either (for one user, just to test). User's image

Also checked that Owa Policy also has LinkedIn contact sync eanabled User's image

Any ideas?

    Hi @Serrnovik ,

Does this problem happen on all clients or just one client?

In OWA, does the LinkedIn tab appear on the profile card? If so, please check the client settings:
Select File > Options > In the General section, under LinkedIn Features, select the check box Show LinkedIn features in my Office applications > select OK to save your changes.
If the users in the organization are not displayed, use Group Policy to enable LinkedIn account connections.

If you have any further updates on this issue, please feel free to post back.
