My OneDrive keeps telling my storage full when I clearly have enough space, how do I fix this as a global admin

I suggest you try this method:

1. Press the Win + R.
2. In the Run window, enter: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset>Click OK.
3. Open the Run window again and enter: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe>Click OK.
