Hi @Matt Mandarino ,
It's possible that the random attachments you are receiving on most of your emails in Outlook are caused by a third-party add-in or a malware infection. To resolve this issue, you can try the following solutions:
- Some Outlook add-ins may cause the behavior. Could you start the Outlook client in a safe mode to check if the issue is affected by add-ins? To enter safe mode, please type in outlook.exe /safe in the Start Search field on the Start menu then press Enter.
- Run a virus scan: Use an antivirus software to scan your computer for malware and viruses that may be causing the issue.
Deleting the NormalEmail.dotm template file can help to fix issues with email formatting or other issues related to the template.
Close Word and Outlook. Locate Normal.dot template file on your file system: %appdata%\Microsoft\Templates and delete it. Word will recreate the normal template the next time you open it.
