Guys - I can't find where to add add-ins into outlook for Mac v16 I'm trying to add zoom add-in Thanks

Hi @Jake Sokol ,

To install the add-in on the Outlook desktop app, you must have a Microsoft Exchange account added to Outlook. If you only have an IMAP account, use add-in on the Outlook web app. If you receive an error when installing that says you are prohibited or do not have the correct permissions, you will need to contact your IT admin for assistance. 

Have you updated from Classic Outlook for Mac to "New Outlook" for Mac?

If you are in New Outlook for Mac, please go to Outlook Preferences > Privacy > Select Turn on optional connected experiences

Then right-click on the desktop Outlook icon and select Quit and re-start Outlook.

Switch to Mail view, click the ellipsis button(…) in the toolbar and select Get Add-ins.

You can search for add-ins by typing a keyword in the Search box, add it.

If you want to schedule a meeting and add Zoom meeting details, you need switch to calendar view.

1. Tap the button to create a new calendar event. 
2. Click the ... on the right side of the calendar item to access Add-Ins
