How long does it take for a trophy to show up in Microsoft Learn?

Question

I took the Microsoft Trainer Academy course (7hrs 53min) on April 13, 2023. It shows in the activity section and on my transcripts that I completed the courses but under Trophy, it is not listing the new trophy for the date of April. It is only showing the trophy's I earned from two previous trainings. How can I fix this issue. I need to print a certificate showing that I completed the training. Pleas help.
