    Hi @Anonymous

According to your description, I have the following questions to confirm with you:

    1. Does the Teams web client have the same problem?
    2. Are you the only one in the organization who can't sign in?

Try logging into the Teams web client in private mode to check the results. If there are no issues, follow these steps to troubleshoot issues with the Teams desktop client:

    • Clean up the Teams cache.
    • Sign out of the Teams client, clear your sign-in credentials, and sign back in.
    • Check for updates to make sure your client is up to date.
    • If you're unlucky, try reinstalling the client. Hope this helps! Moreover, if the above is not your scenario or I have misunderstood anything, please correct me and provide us with detailed information about the issue including the screenshot so that we can better understand to further assist you.
