Autopilot suck at the "Who's going to use this PC" screen.

Starting today, all factory restored or new PCs we have in our organization will not Autopilot. All users are stuck at the "Who's going to use this PC?" screen. If they click "Or, even better, user an online account" it just loops back to the same screen asking the user to create a local account.

Not sure what has changed but Autopilot never seems to start.

I've confirmed that these devices can see the internet. I can ping them and I've been able to ping sites on the outside from these devices. This is only happening in North America for us. Users overseas can still Autopilot new PCs.

I've tried removing these PCs from Autopilot and adding their hash back to Intune. Doesn't change anything. These are all Windows 10 machines. Some are 21h2 and others are 22h2.

Has anyone else seen this before?

    So if you see devices in this list, but the autopilot profile is still not picked up, I would suggest;

    1. Re-create autopilot group and re-create the assignment of autopilot. Maybe policy refresh will do the trick.
    2. Open MS Case via Intune console.
