You can update Office by setting Update behavior with Settings Catalog. There you can specify deadline in days, how fast your Office will be updated. Remember, update rings do not cover office, so you need to do this with Office policies.

2023-04-24T06:59:23.4133333+00:00 Hi,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
As Microsoft Office is an unmanaged app that was not deployed with Intune, Intune can only provide text instructions. You need to remediate the task based on the guidance provided. After completing the remediation, you can open the security task and select Complete Task.
If the app was managed, Intune could provide instructions to download an updated version, and provide a link to open the deployment for the app so that the updated files can be added to the deployment.

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!
Best regards,
Simon
