My internet connection will seemingly just spike up and down to 0. Any web browser I use is slow to load, any streaming sites like youtube, netflix, hulu, etc are also slow and buffer even at the lowest resolution. I can play games just fine and have no connection issues or ping issues. My download speeds seem to be just fine as well. I just cannot consistently access websites without slow connection or constant buffering. I have also followed the other thread someone created and could not figure it out.2578925d549e8a0053594f9cf886c22b
