How to fix printing issue in Outlook 365 where image is cut off

When I print an email with an image in Outlook 365, the image is cut off halfway. It doesn't matter if I print to a physical printer or to PDF. Additionally, it doesn't matter whether the image is in the signature or in the body of the email. The text of the email continues while the image is cut off. Even small images disappear halfway. I don't have this problem in Outlook 2021 with the same email and image, so the issue is isolated to (the settings of) Outlook 365. Could someone please help me with this issue? Thank you! Robin

    Hi @Robin S ,

In order to verify you issue, can you provide some related information?

What detailed version of our look are you using? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Outlook works best when it's up to date. We recommend setting Windows Update to automatically download and install recommended updates. Bug fixes, new features, and performance enhancements are released regularly.

To avoid conflicts brought by add-ins, try running Outlook Safe Mode: Press Windows key +R, type outlook /safe in running command. If Outlook safe mode works, disable the add-ins following steps mentioned below and determine the problem causing add-in:

    1. Click on File menu, click Options, Add-ins, Go button besides Manage: Com-in Add.
    2. Check if there are add-ins listed, clear the checkbox.
    3. Close the Office program and restart it.
    4. Disable each add-in one at a time, restart the Outlook, and repeat the above procedure.

Repairing your Office programs can resolve issues with Outlook not responding or freezing. Errors in Microsoft 365 files are repaired automatically.

    1. Quit any Microsoft 365 programs that are running.
    2. In Control Panel, choose Programs and Features.
    3. Right-click Microsoft Office and then choose Change.

Corrupted profiles can also cause problems, create a new profile to see if the problem reproduces: Go to Control Pane > Mail > Show Profiles > Add, then add your account.
