Outlook on mobile

My Microsoft Outlook doesn't work, can't get the letter icon up in the left corner and there's no sound when I receive email either.

Everything under settings is set up correctly.

My wife has a mobile like mine, everything works with her and we have sat and looked to see if our settings are set the same and they are. What's wrong?
