Hello - I manage the Viva Goals instance for my company and for some reason the weekly "check in" reminder emails are no longer being sent by the system. I have tried every option to adjust this and still cannot get this to work. The emails went out a few times and then stopped for weeks and have not worked since. None of the help / resource guides have answered my question. Thank you.

Carol Hofmann 0 Reputation points2023-05-02T16:03:16.4166667+00:00 I am also having this problem. My update emails are working as expected, the check in emails do not come at all. I have reconfigured this several times to try and trigger it and no emails are sent for check-in no matter what I do. They were working when we first installed the system but have not been working for months.

I've tried changing the regular notification schedule, and checked message trace in EAC to see if those emails are somehow being blocked, but I see no emails being sent from Microsoft Viva msft-viva-noreply@microsoft.com. Any update on how to fix this? We were heavily relying on this before.
