@Khushboo Kumari, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

For the Windows camera app error code 0xa00f4244. Based on my researching, this error happens because the application for your camera was not installed correctly. And the system was unable to identify its presence. Alternatively, it’s possible that the camera is being blocked by your antivirus program.

To fix the issue, you can try the following methods:

    1. Check camera drivers
    2. Make sure you turn on the Camera app
    3. Check Your Antivirus Program to see if it blocks the camera.
    4. Run the Store Apps Troubleshooter to see if there's any issue with your camera app.

We can see more details in the following link:

Note: non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

Hope the above information can help. If there's any update, feel free to let us know.

    Hi,

Thanks for the response. Actually when I am accessing the cloud Pc through the web browser then only I got the error message but when I am accessing the cloud PC through the Remote Desktop App then it is working fine. So is it default behavior ? If no, what is the reason please explain me.

    Thanks!

@Khushboo Kumari, Thanks for the reply. From your description, I know the error only occurs when we accessing the cloud PC via web browser. After researching, I find the reason is that Cameras is not supported on web in Windows 365 Cloud PC yet. I think we need to access Cloud PC using Remote Desktop App to using cameras.
