Best advice I can give to you is "get used to it". It's common for the reports to lag behind, in most cases data will be populated retroactively after enough customers complain/escalate support cases.
Graph API Teams user activity report: refreshed more than 48 hours ago
Hi,
I'm developing an application querying the Teams users activity report for several tenants & using the Graph API endpoint /beta/reports/getTeamsUserActivityUserDetail
or /v1.0/reports/getTeamsUserActivityUserDetail
.
According to this doc, the data should be available within 48 hours, however for at least three tenants the reportRefreshDate
property of each returned user is '2023-04-27'
, which is 5 days ago.
The same refresh date is visible in MS admin center reports > usage > MS Teams section as well.
No related issue seems to show up in the health section of the app's tenant admin console (this tenant is affected too by the report data refreshing issue).
Is there any way to improve this service reliability, retrieve more up-to-date activity data, getting info on such service disruption...?

Today Teams report has been refreshed for all tenants, up to May 1st.
