One user doesn't receive email from outside organization

One user from our organization isn't receiving emails from outside organization. I tried to send test email from my gmail, it shows sent but he never received. Can you help me please?

    From your description, I understand that only one user can't receive external emails, right?
    Please log in to the web version to check whether he can receive external emails.

    In this case, you can try the following troubleshooting:

    First, check if the user's email account has any spam filters, rules, or settings that might be blocking or redirecting emails from outside organization.

    Second, you should check if the user has enough storage space in his email account. Sometimes, if the account is full or close to the limit, it may not be able to receive new emails. If the space is low, you should either delete some unnecessary emails or attachments.

    Besides, try using a different mail client to see if the problem persists. Maybe there is something wrong with the mail client that is preventing the outside email from showing up.
