Hello,

Trying to identify a problem when trying to create a subscription in my azure account I went to the Azure Active Directory portal and I deleted my default and only directory, so now if i go to "Directories + subscriptions" I have no directories, and I can't create a new one cause now I'm getting an authentication token error:

"AADSTS90002: Tenant 'c6371b58-5487-4b82-8ba1-e90e3cd7d4fa' not found. Check to make sure you have the correct tenant ID and are signing into the correct cloud. Check with your subscription administrator, this may happen if there are no active subscriptions for the tenant."

Error in the portal:

"The portal is having issues getting an authentication token. The experience rendered may be degraded. Additional information from the call to get a token: Extension: Microsoft_Azure_GTM Resource: signup.portal Details: interaction_required: AADSTS16000: User account '{EmailHidden}' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '4ba4d253-8ed1-42a1-b919-37fad5e5f06e'(Microsoft_AAD_GTM) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account. Trace ID: 7de2fd88-bb4c-48c5-8b47-abd1caf73d00 Correlation ID: 489bc1c4-ea64-42eb-b4f7-5bf17e0a283a Timestamp: 2023-05-02 20:39:04Z"

Obviously I deleted the directory and now that broke my entire account, so I need help to restore that.

Thanks

    Hi

I would suggest raising a ticket using your local number from one of the Global Support numbers listed here:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

They should be able to assist. You will need to provide proof that you are the owner of the Subscription.

    Hope this helps,

    Thanks
