Microsoft Azure monitors account activity as a security measure to help protect the quality and integrity of the platform. Could be that the recent usage was interpreted as suspicious and the subscription was disabled. The best approach that I would suggest to contact Azure subscription management team by raising a support request from Azure portal or using this link - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/getsupport?wf=0&tenant=ClassicCommercial&oaspworkflow=start_1.0.0.0&locale=en-us&supportregion=en-us&pesid=15470&ccsid=636233463407635340 post investigation by the concerned team your account will be re-activated.
To protect customer security, we perform routine audits of all Azure subscriptions. During one of these audits, they would have identified suspicious activity in your subscription, that violates the Microsoft Acceptable Use Policy. Unless this activity is accounted for, this subscription will be disabled.
