It seems your Azure VM was brutforced. Azure disabled your subscription to prevent further malicious attacks.
I would recommend you to open a support request to Azure.
Try these two things:
- Click on Send feedback to Microsoft button, that is before your sign in ID. As shown in the image, send quick feedback and ensure you submit it.
- Then, click on Support & Troubleshooting button, as it's shown in the image, click help & support link, which will open a page that you can use to type the exact incident and what is going on.
- If you have done the above and no answer, you need to provide some of your details like subscription ID and your sign in ID for more clarification.
