Problem loading a .glb file in 3d scenes studio

Hello!
I load a .glb file in 3d Scenes Studio but it doesn't load the model and it looks like there is nothing in the file.
How can I fix this?

Can you share more details on the steps you have followed to develop the glb file and how you have imported the file into the platform?
Please refer the QuickStart Get started with 3D Scenes Studio (preview) for Azure Digital Twins that explains the steps needed such as building models and twins that are needed for the 3D scene to render. I appreciate it if you can review it and let me know if you still experience this issue after following a similar approach.

can you try to load this file with Paint3D in Windows 11 (not Windows 10)?
Do you see the image appear there without any complaints coming from Paint3D?
