In new Outlook (1.2023.425.600) ctrl+r and ctrl+shift+r just do not work. Morever, in settings I cannot find where I could change their settings. Hotkeys are set on Windows Outlook but nothing happens.

A family of Microsoft email and calendar products.

    Hi @dorbi ,

According to my test, in the New outlook interface, these shortcuts may have been changed.
The New outlook seems to use the shortcut keys for the web, when I change the setting to outlook for web, it works, but the shortcut keys have changed, you can press Shift+? to view the available shortcut keys. You can refer to the steps: 1.Click Settings > View all the Outlook settings:

2.Click General > Accessibility > check on Outlook for Web

    enter image description here

3.Press Shift+? you can view the available shortcut keys.

The new Outlook is not yet complete, and some options may not be available or work as expected. You can switch back to the classic Outlook at any time by clicking the toggle button in the top right corner of the window.

The CTRL-SHIFT-R shortcut is not working for me either. Two machines affected at the same time, my personal non-domain-joined desktop at home and my domain-joined workstation at the office. Both are on different OS update tracks, so to me this suggests a change to Office 365 applications.

    Anyone else experiencing this?

Edit: Running version 2307 Build 16.0.16626.20198
