Hi everyone.

I have a problem with Office 365 (word / excel) and OneDrive For Business.

Scenario: On my PC I have a Microsoft 365 account with Office Apps and OneDrive. I also have a second OneDrive account (shared with other users) that belongs to the same tenant/organization. From today when I open a file located on the second OneDrive account I receive this message: "someone else has changed the permissions of the privacy label and you no longer have permission to view this file. All unsaved changes are lost."

But no one has changed or activated anything and the problem is encountered by several users. No changes have been made to the tenant configuration. What could have happened ? And what can I do ?

Sorry for my poor english and thank's :D

    Hi,

Did this problem appear in all files in the second OneDrive account?

Did your Admin configure a sensitivity label to apply encryption for the document?

I suggest you refer to this article and check if Admin configure any settings:

Hi Emi - thanks for your reply.

    1. The problem only appears with Excel files (it seems).
    2. I'm the tenant admin and I haven't configured any labels. For safety, I also connected via PowerShell and the Get-Label command returned no results.

Below is a screenshot of the error...thank's :D
