Hi @AJGoulding ,
This error usually occurs when the Outlook user profile becomes corrupted. The 0x8004010F error message says that the Outlook data file cannot be accessed. This can happen if the data file was moved, deleted, or corrupted.
You can try removing and re-adding the email accounts first, and if that doesn't work, you can create a new profile.
You can follow the steps below to fix the issue:
- Create a new Outlook profile: You can create a new profile by going to File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles > Show Profiles > Add. Then enter your email account details and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Disable OneDrive syncing .pst files in your Local folder: You can disable syncing by right-clicking on the OneDrive icon in the system tray and selecting Settings. Then go to the Account tab, click Choose folders, and uncheck the folders that you want to stop syncing.
