How do I access my Notes, I can't add the app/add in.

Hi @Lisa Rose ,

Do you mean the notes folder in the Classic Outlook?

If so, in New Outlook you can find in the folder pane just below the archive folder.

If you don't see this folder, then follow below given steps and check.

• Please close the new Outlook app.
• Click the Start menu and search for 'Command Prompt' > Right click the app and select 'Run as Administrator'.
• Now, please copy/paste the following command and hit the Enter key: olk.exe –clearLocalState
