Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum and thanks for using Azure Services.
As I understand, in Azure SQL Database, inside the Database data storage section, the pie chart shows 20 digits number for the percent of remaining space.
This looks strange. Could you please share details about the configuration of the Azure SQL Database account: Region, Service and Compute Tier, etc.
Try refreshing page and clear cache and see if it remains the same.

I tried to use the same configuration for the Azure SQL Database but could not find the issue in the DB as shown in the question for Storage Pie Chart display of the percentage.
This is strange and not expected. I would recommend you to please file a support ticket for deeper investigation and in case if you don't have a support plan, do let us know here so that we can check on other options to unblock you. Thanks
