Hello @Defares, Monica
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A platform.
One or more artifact repositories have been disabled for the mandatory artifacts in your lab, which is causing the virtual machine creation to fail. To find out which artifact repositories have been disabled, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Azure portal and navigate to your DevTest Lab.
- Click on the "Configuration and policies" option in the left navigation menu
- Click on the "Artifacts" option under "External resources".
- Check the "Enabled" column for each artifact repository to see if it is enabled or disabled.
If an artifact repository is disabled, you can enable it by selecting the checkbox next to it and clicking on the "Enable" button in the top menu bar. Once you have enabled the necessary artifact repositories, your lab users should be able to create personal virtual machines without any issues.
Please refer to the following document Troubleshoot issues applying artifacts on DevTest Labs virtual machines
