I own my company and, by mistake, enabled Intune App Protection. Now my whole team has to log in with a PIN or biometric and I can't log into more than one email account at a time.
How do I disable Intune company wide?
@Sharonne Navas, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, it seems you have set app protection policy which forbidden other email to login. And you want to remove it.
In fact, when an email account login outlook which has app protection policy, it will block other email address to login. This is by design. To avoid this, we can remove the app protection policy or unassign the policy to the user group, you can go to Intune portal, Apps->App protection policies, find the policy you assign, remove the user group from the assignment or remove the app protection policy directly.
Wait some time to let the policy take effect and see if we can add another email address now.
