Some Intune devices from scoped group don't show up for the assigned admins

Hi everyone!

I have setup an Intune environment with roleassigments that let admins only manage certain devices based on groupmembership. This has been working well for the past two years. But this week when we added some new devices to one of the scoped groups, we noticed that only some of them are visible for the admins who got the roleassigment.

The Intune administrator can see devices from all groups and is able to see the missing Intune devices aswell, they seem fine and not different than the device that are visible for the role assigned admins.

The weird thing is that after some time (days, weeks) some of the missing once have been starting to show up for the admins aswell. It is as if there is a (huge) delay in the RBAC system???

Does anyone have similar problems or know what this is causing?

@Beurt, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Yes, this will be delay. Based as I know, sometimes it will take 1 to 2 days to update the Intune RBAC change.

Hope the above information can help.
