From your description, I understand that when you use the resend function to send to a new recipient, the old recipient also received the email, right?
In order to better understand your issue, can you provide some related information?
- Check your resent email, does it show the correct recipient? What about on the web?
- Try resending another email to see if the problem recurs.
- What detailed version of Outlook are you using? (File > Office Account About Outlook)
If the issue continues, you can try the following troubleshooting:
- Make sure the Outlook version is up to date.
- Create a new profile and re-add your account to see the issue persists.
- Repair office from control panel
