@Nidhi Priya, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From the picture you provided, I notice the error occurs under App installed during Account setup. During this phase, the ESP tracks the installation of apps assigned to the user. Please check the apps assigned to this affected user and see if any different apps have been assigned to this user. If yes, firstly unassign it and see if it can complete the deployment.
