Health service data is not up to date in AAD connect staging mode

We are using two Azure AD connect servers. One active and one is staging mode.

In the Staging server, AAD connect health services shows the below warning message.

Health service data is not up to date.

The AAD Connect health service is not receiving the latest data from the server listed above. This may be due to the connectivity issues or data collection issues on the server itself.

I would like to know whether this is the expected behaviour? If yes, do we have any document explaining this behaviour?

Thanks,

Srini

Check the Azure AD Connect Health Sync

services on the server(s). I suspect they arent running. Start them and then check again in 24 hours to see if its updated correctly in the portal
