Is there a way for me to add a rule in Outlook that moves the first email with the subject "New Hire Announcement" into a folder, without the replies of the email chain moving to the folder as well?

As the title states, I only want to move the actual New Hire Announcement email into a folder for easier access. I don't need the replies to the thread moving into the specified folder.

In addition, you need close the conversation view for this folder.
