Azerty keyboard on intune

hello, we have a problem on intune, we have configured the configuration profile like this

the language on dutch belgium and the keyboard on automatic but it does not work, the keyboard is set on querty each time after a wipe or autopilot reset, and in the languages packages we have only english from different countries

And it's the same problem with other languages

I need your help !

To troubleshoot our issue, please collect the following information firstly:

Did it only affect the wipe or autopilot reset devices? Can it work on the existing enrolled devices?

What the configuration profile assigned to, user group or device group?

For the configuration profile to set language and keyboard, did it show success in Intune portal? Please get a screen shot of the profile configuration.

@Abdelaziz Sabri, Thanks for the reply. I notice we confgiure the setting in Autopilot profile.

Based on my experience, if we are connecting via Wi-fi, you have to choose the language, locale, and keyboard layout manually before you can make a Wi-fi connection, and therefore it’s too late to apply these settings because you’ve already passed that point. Could you confirm if we connect via WiFi? If yes, change to Ethernet to see if it works.

it's the same issue with both wifi and ethernet, i did more than 20 tests, but i got always qwerty keyboard
we don't want to give the user choice to configure it self

@Abdelaziz Sabri, Thanks for the reply. I notice it still has issue when connect via Ethinet. To troubleshoot the issue, log analysis is needed. I suggest open case to analyze the issue to get more finding. Here is a link with the steps to open case for your reference:
