To troubleshoot our issue, please collect the following information firstly:
- Did it only affect the wipe or autopilot reset devices? Can it work on the existing enrolled devices?
- What the configuration profile assigned to, user group or device group?
- For the configuration profile to set language and keyboard, did it show success in Intune portal? Please get a screen shot of the profile configuration.
