How can I reopen a closed case? Our ticket has been closed and appears to have not been resolved. I have already sent some emails to all the technicians who were involved in this case but no response. I also called Microsoft support, but it looks like Microsoft support is only through Microsoft's help.microsoft.com website.

Hi Dave. Didn't worked. I have to buy a support to create a new ticket and it will charge for that. Do you have any other idea?
