Excel 365 - How to set cell edit permission for Azure users

Hi,

I need to share a single Excel 365 file among multiple users to allow editing only specified areas. need to prevent editing other people's areas. how to set Azure user authentication for cell ranges.

FOR EXAMPLE,

user01 can edit only yellow area,

user02 can edit grey area

User03 can edit the blue area,.. likewise.

all users are 365 premium users added under the company Azure domain.

There is an option where I can add local users from my own computer (workgroup).

i am not looking for local user authentication. I want to use Azure users for authentication.
