I understand that when logging into the Azure Portal, you're getting stuck on the "More Information Required" page, and from your screenshot it looks like after you select "Next" the page might be timing out or erroring.
When it comes to the Azure AD MFA login prompt this pertains to the 14-day requirement that users have to register for Azure AD Multifactor Authentication by using the Microsoft Authenticator app, or any app supporting OATH TOTP. After the 14 days have passed, the user can't sign in until registration is completed.
Note: If you'd like to disable this prompt, an Admin will need to disable security defaults or any active Conditional Access Policy.
Since you're stuck at the set-up prompt, you should be able to navigate to aka.ms/mfasetup
, in order add "more information" and satisfy your login requirement. If you're still having issues, you can see if using a different browser or logging in using a Private Window helps resolve your issue.
