    @CHANDAN SINGH BANGARI

    Thank you for your post and I apologize for the delayed response!

    I understand that when logging into the Azure Portal, you're getting stuck on the "More Information Required" page, and from your screenshot it looks like after you select "Next" the page might be timing out or erroring.

    When it comes to the Azure AD MFA login prompt this pertains to the 14-day requirement that users have to register for Azure AD Multifactor Authentication by using the Microsoft Authenticator app, or any app supporting OATH TOTP. After the 14 days have passed, the user can't sign in until registration is completed.

    Note: If you'd like to disable this prompt, an Admin will need to disable security defaults or any active Conditional Access Policy.

    Since you're stuck at the set-up prompt, you should be able to navigate to aka.ms/mfasetup , in order add "more information" and satisfy your login requirement. If you're still having issues, you can see if using a different browser or logging in using a Private Window helps resolve your issue.

    I have tried all kinds of workarounds mentioned in this solution and other posts, and none of the solutions seem to directly work. I just keep trying and it finally works.

    I have now come to the conclusion that you need to wait a certain period of time, like 15 minutes, before it will work. Next time this happens I will be careful to start a timer and see how long it takes before it works.

    My Azure tenant was originally established years ago under a login based on "Microsoft Account" (aka personal) and it is this login that keeps having this issue.

    I resolved this by establishing an Azure AD login under the tenant (aka work or school) with the "Owner" role, and I have been using the new Azure AD login in place of the "Microsoft Account" login for a few days now. So far it has been working without an issue.
