    @Marcelo Siqueira

    Thank you for your post and I apologize for the delayed response!

    Error Code: 50196

    AADSTS Error Code: AADSTS50196

    Error Message:

    LoopDetected - A client loop has been detected. Check the app’s logic to ensure that token caching is implemented, and that error conditions are handled correctly. The app has made too many of the same request in too short a period, indicating that it is in a faulty state or is abusively requesting tokens.

    I understand that you're having issues login into the Azure Portal due to being stuck in a login loop, even after trying to sign-in using different browsers. To hopefully help resolve your issue or point you in the right direction, can you also see if the below steps help:

    Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in again.

    1. Try using a private window in your browser or a different device to log in.
    2. Disable any browser extensions, add-ons, VPNs, Firewalls, etc., that may be interfering with the login process.
    3. If you are using multi-factor authentication (MFA), make sure that you have the correct authentication method set up and that you are using the correct code or token.
    4. If you are still unable to log in, try resetting your password by clicking on the "Forgot password?" link on the login page.

    If you're still having issues can you share:

    • Any Correlation ID and Timestamp from the error message that you receive?
    • Was anything changed that could have caused your login loop, or have you ever been able to login before?

    I hope this helps!

    If you have any other questions, please let me know. Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.
