How can I get rid of the dead loop of login Azure?

we got approved for access "Azure API", but it required "security code" to verify.

The security code was sent to old yahoo email "@yahoo.com" which I cannot received from yahoo now. (I can received it before, but now can only read from "@yahoo.com.tw")

So I raise the request to change verify email to my office email "******@mycompany.uk", this cause my Azure account is locked for one month.

Then, my current situation is

  1. cannot login Azure account for service for one month.
  2. cannot revoke the change request as need login Azure account
  3. not able to raise any support request as cannot login Azure account
  4. no phone contact, no email for technical support

finally, I find a place which may submit support request

If you have questions or need help but can't sign into the Azure portal, create a support request.

It redirect any request about Azure to Azure portal which login required.

What can I do for this situation ??

Need help urgently!

Regards,

CK

    @CK Hung

    In this situation you cannot login to your tenant without help of Microsoft support team.

    There is a dedicated support team who handles these situations.

    If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850

    Also, for the future, you can create an emergency access account (break glass) in Azure AD. This account will help prevent being accidentally locked out of your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) organization because you can't sign in for any reason.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/roles/security-emergency-access

    Some other support option include;

    AzureSupport

    azcommunity@microsoft.com

    or creating a ticket through a different account:  https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide#phone-support

    Let me know if you have any further questions on this.
