    You can login to Azure Portal > Navigate to your target subscription > Click Access control (IAM) and scroll through role assignments you'll find the owners.

    @Vinu Moncey

    Thank you for your post!

    I understand that you've been using/have an Azure Subscription that is currently not active and would like to know if there's a way to check the owner of the subscription in order to contact them.

    When it comes to the Owner RBAC role for the Subscription as shared by Tushar, you can check that via the Access Control (IAM) tab within the Azure Subscription. However, if you're specifically looking for the Account Administrator or Service Administrator for the subscription so you can view their contact info, you can do so by:

    Visting the Subscriptions page in Azure portal, selecting the subscription you want to check, and then looking under Settings. Select Properties and the account administrator of the subscription is shown in the Account Admin box.
