Intune User Accounts installing on other users PC.

We have 3 users with multiple devices. Two of these users have been having odd issues for a few weeks now, such as monitors wont wake from sleep, going into a suspended state even though it is disabled, etc.

We noticed today that User-1 and User-2 are being assigned to User-3s devices and User-3s User Account is not on any of User-3s machines.

User-2 is also having issues and even though User-2s account is on User-2s machine so is User-1s. (if you hit windows key and type in "User Account" that section for clarification)

I went through Device Enrollment and Device settings and all users appear to be assigned correctly. We removed User-1 and User-2 from User-3s device and added User-3 back, hours later User-3 was removed again and User1 and 2 were accounts on the devices. I do not think it is a group issue, there are other users in the same groups with these devices. Thoughts?

These are AAD joined and were brought into Intune via HWID, logged in by user to start deployment, then user assigned in Intune. Any help greatly appreciated.

Side note, and what is really mind blowing, all 3 users can log into their machines using their credentials, and all 3 users email accounts are stored in settings correctly without the copying of the other user accounts to the stored email credentials, it is just the User Accounts that are not behaving as expected. I have a feeling what ever is causing this issue is also causing the other problems.

@Jad Covington, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, it semms there are 3 device enrolled via Autopilot enrollment method. And the devcies have some odd issues.

One issue is that, after the three users login each other's computer.on the login screen, the display name only show the other two users. If there's any misunderstanding, please get screen shots to let us better understand the issue.

On my enrolled device, when login with many users I find only the last sign in user account and "other user" appear on the login screen.

It seems you want to show multiple accounts on logon screen. Based on my researching, you can try the method in the following link to see if it works.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/180091/windows-10-logon-show-multiple-accounts-on-logon-s

I have also tested in my environment, here is the Setting Catalog policy I configure which can show the signed user account on logon screen. You can refer to it:

Hope the above information can help.
