I face challenges with managing and prioritizing information in Microsoft Teams, especially with the increasing use of Teams for remote collaboration, important information can easily get lost or buried among a large volume of messages and conversations, ultimately leading to decreased productivity and difficulty in finding the necessary information to complete tasks. How can I address this issue by seeking effective ways to manage and prioritize information in Teams, in order to improve productivity and streamline collaboration?

Do you want to highlight a message in a chat so you don't have trouble finding it in a sea of messages?
You can choose to save the message you want to highlight. When you want to find the message, you can click on the avatar in the upper right corner and select the Saved option to view it.
