If you don't want your manager to receive meeting responses, you can check Delegate Only in the Delegate Permissions dialog.
Click File > Account Settings > Delegate Access.
In the Delegate Permissions dialog box, give the delegate Editor (can read, create, and change items) permissions in the manager's Calendar folder.
Click OK to close the Delegate Permissions dialog box, then select the check box: My delegates only.
Besides, for tracking information, according to my test, it may take some time to fully display. More details you can refer to this article.
