Since Friday (19th May 2023) ACS Users were enabled to connect to teams.
Even generating a test user from ACS dasboard and using it on
Were there any changes made on wide tenant level from the Microsoft side for teams or any changes?
It's impacting our services.
Could I have a suggestion please.

The below teams screenshot message is a new feature. It wasn't appearing before when a ACS user joining the call.

I've been able to follow up with the team. There was a backend issue impacting ACS users from joining Teams meetings cross-geographies, i.e., between Teams tenant and ACS resources in a different region.
The offending issue was mitigated as of 23 May 2023. Apologies for the inconvenience this caused.

Yesterday (25th May 2023) it was intermittent working and not working.

I don't believe there's a status page available, but I'm confirming with the product group. I'll update if I find anything out.

There was one cluster that was missed; hopefully, that's the issue. However, if you continue to see issues, it could be indicative of a separate issue. In that case, please provide the callid for the ACS user join and Teams user join.
