Hi All,

I'm working on a Sharepoint website internal in my company and people should access a video that was published there. My Problem is, that I see the video, but my colleagues can't see it. Some only see black screen, others hear the tone but also no/ only black picture...

Can anybody help me with this please? In user settings they received the access rights.

Thanks for your Help!

    Hi @Jannik Lang ,

    Sounds like an occasional problem.

Can you describe how you uploaded the video below? Should it be stored in the library, or displayed directly in the Page?

As you said, the user having the problem has sufficient permissions, right?

Is it opened directly in the web page?

Has this happened before? Or is this the first time?

It would be even better if there were screenshots of the event.

Don't worry, let's do some troubleshooting.

    1. Because SharePoint online relies on the network, first check whether the network is stable.
    2. Clear the browser cache or use incognito mode.
    3. Try switching browsers.
    4. Log in with your account on other people's devices to see if the problem still occurs.
