I understand that you're unable to access the Access Policies page within your Key Vault. Depending on the error message that you're receiving, you'll have to first ensure that your user has the correct RBAC permissions to view the Key Vault's Access Policies.
Additionally, if you recently deployed your Key Vault, please keep in mind that the Azure RBAC permission model is now the Recommended solution and will be auto selected during deployment. Therefore, to ensure you have the correct permissions within your Key Vault, you'll need to be assigned the appropriate Key Vault RBAC role.
If you'd like to change your Key Vault's Permission model you can do so by
navigating to your vault, selecting
Access Configuration, and changing to
Vault access policy. For more info.
