How to open Azure chatbot with Composer

I'm trying to setup a chatbot in Azure using learning guide here :

I'm stuck at the portion where it's instructing me to 'Open in Composer'. No such option exists in my dashboard.

I've provisioned the bot using all free packages/subscriptions. Is this limitation of free subscription?

Please advise, thanks.

    @misc981 I think using the free tier or credits is not an issue here. In this case the documentation is not updated with the latest screen shot of Azure portal after a bot service is created.

    With respect to functionality, you will have to install composer and use the template to create a new bot. The option to download bot source code or open with composer is now deprecated. Thanks!!
