Microsoft.KubernetesConfiguration stuck on Registering

I have been trying to setup Azure Arc VMware vCenters (preview) for a day now and kept getting stuck on the registration page. After a while of poking around Azure I found that in the Resource providers in my subscription the resource Microsoft.KubernetesConfiguration was still registering. I did some looking around and found other people have had this issue with other resource providers. It has almost been 24 hours and it still is stuck on registering. Has anyone had any success at fixing this? I have tried a couple of things with powershell but nothing seem to help. I dont have a support plan so paying to put a ticket in doesn't seem like the best option but seems like the only option. Anyone else have any thoughts?

Based on the context provided, it seems like you have been having issues registering "Microsoft.KubernetesConfiguration" which is one of the required Azure Resource Providers needed to set up an Azure Arc VMware vCenter. It has been registering for almost 24 hours and you have tried a couple of things with PowerShell but nothing seems to help. Others seem to have had similar issues as well.

Unfortunately, since this is a technical issue that requires specific and personalized troubleshooting, it would be best if you contact Microsoft Support for assistance. They should be able to help identify the root cause of the problem and provide guidance on how to resolve it.

Additionally, it's important to note that Azure Stack HCI clusters should be registered within 30 days of installation and Azure Arc integration extends the Azure management plane to Azure Stack HCI. If you don't register your cluster with Azure upon deployment, the system won't allow new virtual machines (VMs) to be created or added. Please ensure that your cluster is registered with Azure and that the required resource providers have successfully registered before proceeding with setting up Azure Arc VMware vCenters.
